Housing inflation rate
One of the inflation screws in the housing sector was registered in 1402 in the spring of this year.
For the first time, Iran’s Statistics Center published housing price fluctuations by different provinces, which had some interesting points.
Inflation 40 to 60 percent
According to the obtained statistics, in the spring of 1402, there was no province that had inflation lower than 40%.
The provinces of: Razavi Khorasan, Gilan, Mazandaran, Golestan, West Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Khuzestan and Ilam are 8 provinces that have recorded inflation from 40 to 60 percent.
The interesting thing is that the 3 provinces of the northern belt of the country have experienced lower inflation than the rest of the provinces, and at least the data of the statistics center does not confirm the fact that the amount of migration to the northern provinces of the country was high during this period.
Another point is that the two provinces of Isfahan and Khorasan-Razavi, where the two big cities of Iran are located, are among the provinces that have had low inflation in the housing sector.
60 to 80 percent
But we come to provinces that have registered inflation above 60% and below 80%.
According to statistics, our dear country has 9 provinces with inflation between 60 and 80 percent. The interesting thing is that housing prices in neighboring western provinces have moved the same, and there is only 1 province in the northeast of the country, which has 60-80% inflation and has moved in both directions with the provinces in the northwestern part of the country.
The provinces of: North Khorasan, Qom, Central, Hamedan, Qazvin, Kurdistan, Kermanshah, Ardabil and East Azerbaijan have recorded inflation between 60 and 80 percent.
Inflation 80 to 100 percent
But now we come to the provinces that have recorded high inflation. Four provinces: Semnan, Fars, Alborz and Zanjan
Two points are interesting here: First, the two neighboring provinces of Tehran, Semnan and Alborz, have inflation above 80% and below 100%.
The second point is that Zanjan province is the only province that recorded much higher inflation among its neighbors.
Inflation above 100 percent
Three provinces: Tehran, Hormozgan and Bushehr had the highest rate of inflation in the housing sector among other provinces of Iran, and perhaps few people thought that the 2 southern provinces of Hormozgan and Bushehr, on both sides of Tehran, had more inflation in the housing sector. grow from 100 percent.
last word
According to the data of the Statistics Center, 24 provinces have published their price fluctuations, and we do not have the housing data of 7 provinces.
The provinces: Lorestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Yazd, Kerman, South Khorasan and Sistan and Baluchistan are 7 provinces that have not published any statistics on their housing market in the report of Iran Statistics Center.
